Em .... i’m feeling kind of down on myself, and I won’t lie, I’m looking for a bit of a confidence boost.....

I hate this feeling! Like i'm lost somewhere, anywhere but here...

It's hard to find time my own to update lately. Every spare moment is spent at my job and the rest of the time??? confused! . And then in between, I do my best to get some sleep.

im just lost all the good mood!

Feel like to be somewhere & listening to sound of silence ...

nothing interesting so far....

realised some people just not like what we see them!

yes what a moodless day for me...

Honestly, i feel so terrible for my dear blog, did not post anything for this year! How & so bad my time management! But its ok...I will catch up slowly although now is already september :(

Lucky! thank you boss for the opportunity to attend such a great colourful & enjoyable musical show. held at Pentas 1, Kual Lumpur Performing Arts Centre ( KLpac)it was really my 1st time to comeover here.

Quite simple arrangement but really supported by the Dama fan. Sayang...they do not allowed for me to take the show performance. This Glitz & Glamour full with songs spanning the era from Old Shangaito the Silver screen of Shaw Brothers & Cathay cinemas. Performance was started at830pm to 1030pm & full with musical histrory as Golden Chinese Oldies.

We come quite early & the counter just open.

well....ini mesti hehe

with the main person of the show, Tan Soo Suan. She have a great voice, no doubt about it.

I dont mind to come again for another show by Dama Orchestra. Look forward for it :)

24th Mt Kinabalu International Climbathon 2010

Date : 23 - 24 October 2010, Kinabalu Park

Dubbed as ‘The World's Toughest Mountain Race', this race is a true challenge to the spirit of human endurance. The average climber takes two days to climb the mountain but participants of the race can make it in less than 3 hours up and down Mt. Kinabalu (4095.2m), with a total distance of 21km for all Men, Women and Men's Veteran categories. The Climbathon is part of the Sky Runners World Series Circuit for the 9th consecutive year and is the only race in the circuit that is held outside Europe. The Sky Runner World Series is regulated and coordinated by the Europe-based Federation for Sport at Altitude (FSA).

Attending other people event is awesome for me. Since all these while im 100% into this kind of bussiness ...i mean my work related to this :P It is a golden opportunity for me to be at the White Room, last saturday nite especially with my fun friends and the good things of course meeting new people :) but the challenge is, actually im totally no idea at all what Hennessy is all about :P. If anybody going to Tambunan, im very sure will see this statue, well known as "Gombunan" the ever legend warrior of Tambunan. Easy to find bah...in the centre of Tambunan. There is believe saying, Gombunan souls were locked in here to keeps protecting the villagers since dulu2 ..until now

Gombunan ...was descripe very strong and masculine man

Secara ringkasnya, Pahlawan Gombunan adalah merupakan seorang Ketua Puak yang sangat baik hati dan sentiasa menjaga halehwal masyarakat kampung pada masa zamannya. Berketurunan Nunukragang, Gombunan adalah merupakan antara mereka yang pertama membuka kawasan Tambunan. Malangnya ketika pemerintahan beliau..dia telah dibunuh oleh PuakTonsundung. Semasa ketiadaan dia Puak Tamadon telah membantu Puak Gombunan untuk menentang Puak Tonsundung...dan atas kerjasama ini telah membuatkan Puak Tosundung kalah ...dan dari sana lah asal usul nama TAMBUNAN telah diperolehi.......(wah bagus juga kefahaman sa ni pula kan haha) tapi asal usul Cerita Tambunan boleh juga di baca disini ... em boleh buat filem :P

kalau mau rasa ini mee sup Tambunan just go to pasar makan Tambunan.....

plenty of choices tapi for sure this soup are well known among the Tambunan's people...dare to try? :P

Nunuk Ragang Monument, Tampias Ranau

If we travel all the way from Kota Kinabalu - Sandakan - Kota Kinabalu, im very sure you will pass by this anomalous monument, by the road side, located at Kg Tampias, Ranau (boleh google, cari juga). This extraordinary structure well known as "Nunuk Ragang Monument" atau orang kita bilang "Tugu Peringatan Nunuk Ragang". Got the chance to drop by here with 1 friend yg sot after menjelajah Sandakan, Kudat & Beluran :P

what did u can see from this structure? Eyes? Nose?

from inside look....since only me & my friend during this trip, it was quite & although it noon time, yaii its creepy...

Inside its empty except for some faded pictures and descriptions & this make this place like abandoned. Swallows have made this building their home and bird shit litter the floor. .. but the Nunuk Ragang event is held here annually, (macam every July) and they probably clean this place up once a year.

Nah apa itu Nunuk Ragang? Nunuk Ragang is a legendary red banyan tree traditionally located at the intersection of the left (Liwagu Kegibangan) and right (Liwagu Kawananan) branches of the Liwagu River to the east of Ranau and Tambunan in Sabah. The word "Nunuk" is a Dusun word for the Banyan tree, and "Ragang" comes from "aragang", the Dusun word for red. It was under this giant banyan tree that the village of Nunuk Ragang was founded and flourished.....

"Nunuk Ragang merupakan satu kaitan yang rapat dalam membuka lembaran sejarah yang dikaitkan dengan masyarakat KadazanDusun. Melalui beberapa kajian yang dilakukan oleh beberapa pengkaji budaya, telah berjaya membongkar asal usul masyarakat KadazanDusun. Masyarakat KadazanDusun mempercayai bahawa nenek moyang mereka berasal dari satu tempat yang bernama Nunuk Ragang yang bermakna “Pohon Ara berwarna merah”. Tempat tersebut terletak di satu kawasan hulu Labuk yang pada masa sekarang terletak di Daerah Ranau" ....nahh kawwww...seterusnya boleh dibaca disini....

Its look so not nice..not that delicious ..not that sedap & macam geli mau makan ni benda.....however..tetapi sekali cuba 1 suap..jeng3 turus buli makan 2 -3 mangkuk! haha dont believe it? nanti la kalu terjumpa kacang hijau yang sudah 100% kena blend then buli buat ni bubur kacang ijau...

sedap dimakan yang sedang2 panas dia ni .....

sedap! mau sendiri rasa then baru buli tau lah hehe....my 1st terasa makan ni bubur sana tu restoran cina d guangzhou...totally tidak tau apa nama restoran...but they serve a lot of nice food :P

2 years back...when i was at Guangzhou got the chance to try this fried ginger frog & frog meat porridge: P ...the taste? nice!!! but im sure that no all can take this :P

combination frog fresh meat & ginger...made the test fantastic! nyum2...

frog meat porridge...nice! wash the frogs, chooped ginger, mushroom... cut into pieces, boil with the rice ..marinate with seasoning ....boil for 20-30 minutes...then there u are....last not least the chinese parsley....wahhh i missed this so much!

As much i wanted to share for my 2009 story...im end up to started about my recent trip to Simpang Mengayau, Kudat last sunday (kebetulan attending a function at Kota Marudu last Saturday) ...i admit & confessed that i do missed Simpang Mengayau as well Kudat...not been there for at least 2 years! Before me & my colleage at least twice a month went up to Kudat..i mean related to my work bah...

nothing much changes...

the globe is still there :P

Although im considering myself too bz with my work but im still dont mind to involve any project or assignment which can trigger my interest esp promoting for Sabah and other related fun things involved mcm ambi gambar etc ..:P ..apa lagi work closely with friends yang memang d very sporting and fun work with ...:)

At the moment nothing much that i can say about this project till it is completed ...however it was related to the "Travellers club" and everybody excited about it...tunggu lah till everything is done ...memang tidak sabar2 juga mau share others "assigned photos" but tunggu lah ...

we kick-off the photoshooting here...cool place :)

Opening gimmic...1 thing about our menteri, he so sporting to this part...to be the "Sabah James Bond"...

fun part....!!!!! sudah ba we menari dalam ballroom..but it is just not enough for us to end the nite just like that ......

Of course it always about my work but yet im admit that im enjoying doing things during climbathon...so i dont mind with the work hetic or "bunyi nyamuk" from the bosses ...:p hehe ...somemore of the place very cooling indeed..& the best meeting all the participants from the whole world!

Balut egg.....

Yes...for the 2nd time..I managed to eat another balut egg, my 1st attempt was with another good friend mesh, sana Labuan! this time was at Manila, recent trip with my colleague...:) some people will say balut is something disgusting...well not for me bah :P A balut is a fertilized duck (or chicken) egg with a nearly-developed embryo inside that is boiled and eaten in the shell.

Last tuesday, ndway mau berhariraya to Alvin @ Defoo punya rumah d Kundasang, sempat lah me & beberapa kawan yg sot2 singah2 a few places utk ambil gambar..so tis happened waktu mau turun p sana memorial park, kundasang...act panas terik & tu matahari sangat terang, mcm tu bulan, tp utk mengelak mataku buta tgk tu matahari secara terus..sy ambi ni thru tu tinted kereta depan....kalu nda buta ohh.... yang ni attempt yg tidak jadi..hancur haha then ..consider ok hehe ....dpat shape bulat2 ini pun....whaha dui nah punya minta puji ni post ...tia apalah asal sy suka haha

I dont know what his name, i dont know where he come from...but he always at this corner...p tidur! everytime jemur kain mesti dia ada..so 1 kali tu nah kadapatan dia kuat tido ...i guess he's our neigbour punya kucing! hopefully.....

the most attract me ...his eyes!!!! sukanya aku tinguk...

at 1st dia takut then pandai pose pula c meow ...:P

In conjunction with Pesta Rumbia at Kuala Penyu last weekend, we stay overnite at Tempurung Lodge with my colleagues and join by a few kawan yg gila2...1 of the best part is everbody enjoying the sunset very much! nah tengok lah dorang2 ini ..hehe

since now on jarang2 dapat upate blog (kesibukan melanda tahap dewa2)..once got the chance to upload the photos...i will do it hehe...biar lah org muntah tgk :P

Anyway, last week managed went camping with all my wonderful friends at Melohom Bay and these few photos yg ambi saja2 ...suka2 & main2 ....

with a few friends..we baring ba sana bawah pukuk mcm org gila trying gambar ni burung2 hehe but not bad..at least dapat experience! its not easy to take birds photo esp yg aktif terbang2 then..ada masa tidak mau move at all...once managed to get teriak mcm budak happy ..haha

nah kasian ba kana kacau ...hehe

yang ini pun...huh susah, p dakat dia terbang..

i dont know what flower is this, tapi jatuh2 dari pokok dia & sy suka tengok! biasalah perempuan kan ...hehe

I think cricket is consider grasshopper punya family or the other way?? hya simple things ni pun im not so sure! haha...nway while walking around near where we stay at Mesilau...& rite after hujan berhenti...ngam2lah nampak ni cricket everywhere.....they sounds ...bunyi2 attract my attention ...:)
